must be received two weeks in advance of arrival to receive a full
refund. Cancellations for Motel rooms must
be received 48 hours in advance of arrival.
Note: Refunds will only be made if we rent the unit. No-shows will be billed the
minimum rate for the time reserved if the unit is not rented.
