Summer Fishing

Teeming with Lake Trout, Walleye, Bass and Northern, fishing is considered excellent on Snowbank Lake. Five seldom fished portage lakes surround Snowbank offer more fantastic angling opportunities. Motors are allowed on all of Snowbank Lake, with a 25 HP limit in BWCA waters.

Winter Fishing

During daylight hours drive on plowed lake roads to heated ice fishing houses. Mid-January to Mid-March is best for fabulous Lake Trout fishing, come earlier for Walleye and Northern.
